Charles and Charlotte Stovall

The Stovalls were pastoring in Fort Wayne, Indiana, when they were appointed as United Pentecostal Church missionaries to West Germany in May 1986.
He served as the general superintendent for Germany and Austria for seventeen years. The Stovalls originally pastored in Wiesbaden, Germany, and later pastored churches in Augsburg, Germany, and Vienna, Austria. In January 2009, the Stovalls were appointed to The Netherlands where they worked with the training program.
Charles has served as secretary/treasurer of Europe and the Middle East Regional Missions Commission for eight years as well as the coordinator of the Regional Missions Commission Men’s Ministries.
Charles Stovall is our newest Faith Promise Representative, having been appointed by the Foreign Missions Board in February 2011. After having promoted Faith Promise during five deputations through the years, Charles is excited at the prospect of embarking on this new venture of foreign missions involvement in Summer 2011.
